Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 March 2026

These terms govern your use of Sharp Audit's services. Sharp Audit is operated by Stuart Milne, Christchurch, New Zealand. By submitting copy for diagnosis or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

What Sharp Audit provides

Sharp Audit delivers a structural diagnostic and a complete rewrite of your submitted marketing copy. Specifically:

What Sharp Audit does not provide

Scope limits

Each tier has a word count ceiling. Scope is determined at submission:

If your submission exceeds the word count for your tier, you will be notified and offered the choice to trim it or upgrade. Nothing starts until scope is agreed.

One asset means one landing page, or one email sequence of up to three consecutive emails. Longer sequences should be trimmed to the three emails with the lowest conversion signal before submission.

Your responsibilities

Refund policy

Sharp Audit guarantees the deliverable. If the rewrite and diagnostic report are not delivered within the stated timeframe and covering the submitted asset in full, you receive a full refund. No questions asked.

Refunds are not available once the deliverable has been received, on the basis of dissatisfaction with the rewrite's direction, or because conversion outcomes did not meet expectations after implementation.

To request a refund under the delivery guarantee, contact hello@sharpaudits.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the copy you submit. The rewritten copy delivered to you is your property on delivery. Sharp Audit transfers all rights in the rewrite to you upon delivery and retains no ongoing claim to it.

Sharp Audit retains ownership of the diagnostic methodology, frameworks, and processes used to produce the report. The report itself is your property on delivery.

Sharp Audit will not publish, share, or reference your submitted copy or rewrite without your explicit written consent.

Limitation of liability

Sharp Audit's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. Sharp Audit is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use or non-use of the delivered copy, including lost revenue, lost conversions, or business interruption.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
